The VCHS Board of Directors is pleased to announce the re-appointment of Jennifer Basinger to a second three-year term beginning July 1, 2015. Jennifer currently serves as Treasurer, Chair of the Audit & Finance Committee and Chair of the Investment Committee. She also chaired the Refinancing Committee.
We are also pleased to announce the appointment of three new board members – Michael Rodrigues, Chris Russell and Martin Sawyers – for three-year terms beginning July 1, 2015. The Board of Directors welcomes Michael, Chris and Marty and thanks them for their willingness to serve.
Four members of the Board of Directors will be rotating off the board on June 30, 2015:
- Erich Lau (2012 -2015) served on the Audit & Finance Committee, Building Committee, Development Committee, Nominating Committee and Strategic Planning Committee.
- Scott Longanecker (2009 – 2015) chaired the Building Committee and Nominating Committee. He also served on the Audit & Finance Committee, Nominating Committee and Strategic Planning Committee.
- Scott Miraglia (2009 – 2015) chaired the Marketing Committee. He also served on the Audit & Finance Committee, Building Committee, Development Committee and Strategic Planning Committee.
- Mark Bare (2009 – 2015) served as Secretary, Vice Chairman and Chairman. He chaired the Executive Committee, Building Committee, Debt Refinancing Committee, Development Committee and Governance Committee. He also served on the Audit & Finance Committee, Administrator Search Committee, Nominating Committee, Strategic Planning Committee and Technology Committee.
