What is T.R.I.P.?

T.R.I.P. is a Tuition Reduction Incentive Program. We purchase gift certificates at a discounted price from area merchants and national SCRIP organizations. We then sell these certificates at face value to parents, grandparents, friends, neighbors, teachers or any other interested person. The difference in the discounted price and the face value is then rebated to your Valley Christian tuition account to help reduce the cost of sending your student to VCHS.

T.R.I.P. rebate may be used to help pay for registration and athletic fees; band, choir and senior trip costs; or any other expense related to your student’s VCHS account. We also have several accounts that benefit financial aid, sports programs, or academic departments here at VCHS for those who want their profit directed there instead of a tuition account.

Who can use T.R.I.P.?

VCHS parents, grandparents, friends, neighbors, teachers, co-workers or any interested person.

How do I get started?

Fill out a Registration Form and send it with your first order.  You will then be given an account # and a large manila envelope that will be used for placing and receiving your orders.

How do I place an order?

Fill out the order form and bring it to school before 9:00 am on Monday. The order will be filled and ready for pick up on Thursday from 2:15 pm – 3:30 pm or Friday during office hours 7:30 am – 3:30pm.  Be sure that you have your name, your account # and the student’s name that you want to credit on every order form.  Include your check with your order form in the manila envelope when placing your order. Checks need to be made out to VCHS TRIP.
